US Army standard issue, the cardboard kit, reporting, on one side, instructions for use and manufacturer, on the other one, practical illustrations for the application, included four 2” sterile gauzes - with medication inside - to be used on minor injuries, burns, or contusions on fingers and toes, or other parts of the body.
